New CD Almost Ready!

Jeff Lipton at Peerless Mastering in Newtonville, MA has mastered the new Trainwreck CD—it sounds incredible! We can't wait to release this record which finally shows what the Trainwreck is capable of.. check back soon for a release date.

Bow Thayer & Perfect Trainwreck Record at Levon Helm's Barn

The first official record from the Perfect Trainwreck ensemble was captured at Levon Helm's wonderful home studio last fall. All tracks were done live in the barn where the Midnight Rambles happen. The boys are very happy about this one, expect a late spring/early summer release on NovaTunes.

The Driftwood Periodicals Vol. II On Sale!

The follow up to The Driftwood Periodicals Vol. 1 is a very different record than previous Bow Thayer releases. It was written and recorded on a small atoll 50 miles of the coast of Belize using a Sony mini disk Walkman with a small condenser mike. The Perfect Trainweck then overdubbed at Pete Weiss' Verdant Studios in Vermont.

Bow & Trainwreck Join Up with NovaTunes

The start of this year saw Bow and Band signing with Nova tunes, A new company that is revolutionizing the record industry in the way that music is bought and sold.
